“Together for” is a project dedicated to Patient Associations and Federations.
The project will start with a residential meeting in Florence on 30 September – 1 October 2022 and will continue with digital activities until the residential meeting the following year.
During the residential meeting there will be informative content, sharing of good practices, in-depth analysis on topics useful to the process of growth and evolution of patient communities and reflections on activities that could be developed in collaboration and synergy with other actors of the health system.
