- If you register for the EuropaBio Newsletter, we will collect the following information –name and email address. - Event Registration: EUROPABIO organises public events online and face-to-face. When registering for an event, EUROPABIO will request your name, e-mail address and other fields according to the event requirements (e.g. professional affiliation). You will be contacted about that specific event only and you will have the opportunity to subscribe to the EuropaBio newsletter list for information regarding future related activities. This information will be used for the purposes specified and will not be sold or shared with third parties other than in relation to these purposes.
- Contact database: if you have collaborated with EUROPABIO or have attended a EUROPABIO event, we will ask you whether we may retain your information to contact you about future activities and events. We may also collect publicly available information about individuals working in our field of interest, such as policymakers, to reach out to them on relevant policy matters.
