The event included a lecture on yeast microbiology and its applications, a tour of the research laboratories and the screening of the video “Lievito a misura di vino”, produced by Prof. Patrizia Romano’s group at Scuola di Scienze Agrarie, Forestali, Alimentari ed Ambientali, Università della Basilicata. 85 students attended the event.
