Biotechnology & food for high school students (Milan)

What is the connection between biotechnology and food? High school students were able to discover the answer thanks to a 2-hour workshop experimenting in the i-lab and visiting the new #Food People area of the Milan National Museum for Science and Technology, showing how microorganisms and enzymes are used to make food and nutrients.
